Hal Lamster
Jane Lamster
  Hal Lamster is a Senior Information Technology professional with
extensive managerial and hands-on experience in architecture,
development and operations of high availability analysis systems and
databases for e-Commerce and traditional business. Experience covers
all aspects of information technology, including applications,
infrastructure, operations and vendor management.

Prior to forming Lamster Consulting, he was an Executive Vice
President of Telmar Information Services Corp., a leading developer
of the software used by advertising agencies for planning advertising
media purchases. During his 31 years at Telmar, he developed,
implemented and managed every aspect of the company's technology
infrastructure. Over the course of his career, Hal managed Telmar's
applications programming, system programming, web designers and
developers.

Hal architected, developed and managed 7x24 operations of all
Telmar's informational web sites and global e-Commerce infrastructure
including Web, FTP, DNS, Mail and Citrix servers, and
telecommunications facilities. This included managing external
vendor relationships, ISPs, hosting sites, consultants, credit card
companies, telephone companies, Internet registrars, and offsite
storage facilities. In addition Hal negotiated vendor contracts and
managed timesharing operations,

Working with data supplied by database research companies such as
Nielsen, Arbitron, MRI, Simmons, MediaMetrix, Hal developed many
on-line and pc based applications. This included sophisticated reach
and frequency programs that analyze syndicated data for television,
radio, magazines, and newspapers for use by many of the worlds
leading agencies and advertisers.

Prior to joining Telmar Hal was a founder and President of Time
Sharing Sciences Incorporated, a successful organization providing
consulting services to a wide variety of clients including J.P.
Morgan, Telmar, Eaton, General Analytics, Systems Resources, and
Media Medica. Hal conceived, designed, and developed, a Computer
Independent Data Concentrator (US Patent 3,681,755) that enabled
companies to get substantially higher value from their time sharing
systems.

Hal has also worked at General Analytics, Halcon International,
Datamation Services Corp., and George Buck.

He has both Masters and Bachelors degrees in Industrial Engineering
and Operations Research from New York University.

A member of Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) since 1966, Hal has held many positions at the local and national level including President of the NYC Chapter and national Membership Committee Chairman. He has also served on a number of committees of the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF).

 
  Jane Lamster is an experienced administrator with an extensive background in planning, managing and implementing a variety of projects. She had spent over 12 years as an administrator at the John Harvard School in Queens Village, NY. where she was responsible for bringing many projects involving administrators, pedagogical staff and students to fruition. Jane is adept at handling multiple assignments in complex situations.

Jane was extensively involved in human resources and served on many committees including Chair of the School Leasdership Team. She was also Chair of the School Based Option Staffing Plan.

Jane was involved with the Computer In Schools project working with the New York Academy of Sciences and the MIT Artificial Intelligance Lab to enhance the use of computers by training teachers in the creative use of computers in an educational setting.

Jane had served on the New Lincoln School Board of Trustees and is currently President of her Cooperative Apartment Board of Directors.

Jane speaks French and Hebrew and has both Bachelor and Master Degrees.
